Easy way to get meds

Needed some Motion Sickness Patches for a cruise and heard about Runway Health. Decided to give it a shot. The whole thing was pretty straightforward. Filled out some stuff, talked to a doctor online for a bit, then the patches showed up in the mail a few days later. No drama, just got what I needed without a fuss. Felt pretty good about it.

Always reliable service

Got my Doxycycline for an upcoming trip again. This is my third time using Runway Health, and like before, the consultation was quick, and the medication arrived in good time. It's consistently good, which is why I keep coming back. No surprises, just what I expect.

Smooth process, good support

I ordered Acetazolamide for a high-altitude hiking trip. The initial online questionnaire was thorough, and the telehealth consultation was efficient and professional; the doctor answered all my questions about dosage and side effects. Shipping took about 4 business days to my address, which was acceptable. The medication arrived well-packaged in a discrete box. I had a small question about my order status a day after purchasing, and customer support responded to my email within a couple of hours. Overall, a really solid experience from start to finish. It helped a lot for my planning.

Good value for my trip

I was looking for a budget-friendly option for my travel meds and found Runway Health. I used a new patient offer for a bundle, which saved me a few dollars on my Malaria Prevention and Sleeplessness Medication. The total cost felt reasonable compared to what I expected to pay at a regular clinic. The consultation was efficient, and getting both prescriptions at once was convenient. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Mostly good, delivery could be faster

I got the Destination Specific Med Kit for my upcoming international travel. The consultation was easy enough, and the doctor seemed knowledgeable. I appreciated the convenience of getting everything in one go. However, the shipping took almost a week, which cut it a bit close to my departure date. The kit itself was well-assembled, and the pricing was fair, but quicker delivery would really make a difference for last-minute planners like me.

Just ordered my travel kit from Runway Health for an upcoming trip to Southeast Asia. Went with the Malaria Prevention and Traveler's Diarrhea treatment. Hope it arrives on time, my flight's in about 10 days. Has anyone used their Ciprofloxacin or Malarone before?

S Sneha22 1 month ago
I got my Cipro from them last month for a Mexico trip. Didn't end up needing it thankfully, but it was reassuring to have. Packaging was discreet and very travel-friendly. They even had a little info sheet on how to take it.

Yeah, it was compact. Fit right into my small medical pouch.

That's awesome, good to know about the packaging! Sometimes those things can be bulky.

Hey Priya, I used Malarone for my trip to Thailand last year through Runway Health. It worked great, no issues at all. Shipping was super fast for me, got it in like 4 days. You should be good for 10 days.

Mine also came quick to Florida. Think it's generally fast for them.

Does anyone know if they do any kind of student discount? Or any deals for first-timers?

S Sam 3 months ago
Not sure about student discounts specifically, but they almost always have a first-order discount floating around. Check their main page or sign up for emails.

Yeah, I used a $10 off code for my first consultation. Worth looking for, it helps.

If I get the wrong thing or my trip gets cancelled, can I return the meds?

B Beth D. 3 months ago
Nah, usually you can't return prescription meds once they've been sent out. That's pretty standard.

T Troy Ito 3 months ago
Most pharmacies don't take back prescriptions for safety reasons. You might be out of luck there.

What's the process for getting meds for altitude sickness? Do I just say I need it or is there a proper doctor chat first?

B Brett 3 months ago
You definitely have a consultation first. They ask about your health, the trip, all that. Then the doctor decides what's right.

S Steve 3 months ago
It's like a quick online doctor's visit. You fill out some stuff, then a doctor reviews it and will prescribe if appropriate. They don't just hand them out.

hey, anyone know if they ship to like, Montana? Or is it only certain states?

T Tom 3 months ago
Yeah, I'm pretty sure they ship to all 50 states. Ordered for my trip to Glacier last year.

L Lisa L. 3 months ago
Afaik, it's nationwide. I think their docs are licensed in all states too, which helps.

Are these meds real deal? Like, legitimate prescriptions and stuff? Seen some sketch sites lately.

E Elena W. 3 months ago
Totally legit. They're a real telehealth platform with actual doctors. Not some shady online pharmacy.
1
S Sarah Beaumont 2 months ago
Yeah, I had a consultation and everything, just like a regular doctor's visit but online. The meds came from a licensed pharmacy too.

Are the doctors actually real doctors? Not like, bots or something?

T Todd 3 months ago
Haha, no, they're real doctors. Board-certified even, according to their site. You chat with a human.

O Omar 3 months ago
Definitely real doctors. Had a good experience with mine, they were helpful and answered all my questions.

Thinking of getting a travel kit, but my friend said Passport Health was cheaper. Anyone compared Runway Health to them or others like Wisp?

E Emma 3 months ago
I looked into Passport Health too, but Runway Health felt more convenient for me since it's all online. Prices were pretty comparable for what I needed though.
6
T Tom Walsh 3 months ago
Wisp is more for like, women's health stuff mainly, I think. For travel meds, Runway Health is pretty good. GoodRx is just a coupon site, not a clinic. It really depends on what specifically you're trying to get and how much you value the online consultation aspect.
